Meitoku is a member of The Ten Knights. Her name is taken from the Meitoku Era (1390 - 1394). She usually seen alongside Kangen and Eishou. Soon after her introduction, she seduced Joukyuu Kunitoshi in hopes of gathering information. In combat she uses a three-sectioned bo staff.
